If you have not received an email with your background check and ministry safe links within 3 business days please reach out to your event leader.

Each volunteer will need a Pastor's Reference in order to serve at any District Event.

This form is the the VA District Church of the Nazarene. This form is to be used if you are planning on helping for any district event involving minors. We are not able to send background checks to any third party including your local church.

You are NOT required to submit a new background check and training request if you have already completed a background check and training at the district level within the last 2 years.
